Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Zinpro Corporation, 10400 Viking Drive, Suite 240, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344, United States. By using OneNect you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What OneNect is

OneNect is an information and communication app. It explains how Zinpro performance trace minerals support animal wellbeing, lets you reach a Zinpro representative, and gives Zinpro employees access to internal tools.

The app does not sell anything and takes no payment. Zinpro supplies performance trace minerals to feed manufacturers and nutritionists as part of a premix, and none of that is sold here. The app collects no payment method and charges nothing. Nothing shown in the app is an offer to sell, and no request placed through the app creates a contract of sale.

Where the app lets you request Zinpro branded promotional items or printed material, those are goods Zinpro supplies free of charge at its discretion. We may limit quantities, decline a request or withdraw an item at any time, and nothing in the app is a promise that any item will be available or supplied. Where employees or customers hold a separate arrangement covering such items, that arrangement governs, not these terms.

The information here is general, not veterinary or nutritional advice

Content about species, nutrition, hoof health, immunity and animal performance is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian or animal nutritionist who knows your herd, flock or operation. Feeding decisions are yours. Zinpro is not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information in the app.

Accounts

Most of the app can be used without an account. If you are given one, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Zinpro may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Safety alerts

OneNect can deliver urgent safety alerts, including alerts that take over the screen and sound an alarm.

Do not rely on the app as your only means of emergency notification. Delivery depends on your device, its settings, your network, your operating system, and the notification services operated by Apple and Google. Any of these can delay or prevent an alert. Always follow the emergency procedures at your site. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

What you may not do

Do not use the app unlawfully, misrepresent who you are, upload content you do not have the right to upload, upload anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory or obscene, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or extract data at scale by automated means.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Zinpro a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating the app. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Zinpro may remove content that breaches these terms.

Zinpro's material

The app, its design, text, images, and the Zinpro name and logos are owned by Zinpro or its licensors. You may use them only as part of using the app.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may stop supporting older versions.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law Zinpro disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinpro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of livestock or loss of production arising from use of the app. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Consumers keep their statutory rights. If you use the app as a consumer, nothing here removes rights you have under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and the courts of Minnesota have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your country of residence and the mandatory consumer law of that country applies.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Zinpro, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for support of it. Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
